Do we need badges for assembly and dismantling?
No, however exhibitor badges are mandatory from the opening of the show on Wednesday.
Your exhibitor badges will be sent to you by email if all your invoices are paid before the opening of the show.
Where do I get my parking cards from?
Parking cards are to be taken at the general Administration office during mounting (Monday or Tuesday). You do not need a parking card during mounting and dismantling, but they will be mandatory from the opening of the show on Wednesday.

How many invitations can I ask for?
Invitations and posters can be ordered in illimited numbers, you just have to fill the necessary quantity in the order section of your exhibitor space.

On the planning of the exhibitor area, the steps are still indicated in red, even though I have validated the step. Why?
It’s normal, each of these steps is checked and validated by our team, thereafter the status changes to green.
I need to make a delivery to my stand, but I can’t reception the merchandise, can the organisation receive the deliveries?
The organisers cannot accept deliveries on your behalf. If there is no one to accept the merchandise the organisers cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage. We do not have forklifts or trolleys; please inform your transporters that they need to have the necessary equipment to unload your merchandise. What is the colour of the carpet?
In the Grand Palais, Hall 1, 2 and 3: Blue in the aisle, grey on the stands.
In Hall 4, the carpet is black (stand and aisle.)
