You’re an exhibitor

Following the postponement of the show until the 3,4 & 5 February 2021, please note the following:

• All the elements that we already have in our possession concerning your participation will be conserved and carried forward for the show in 2021. Your orders remain valid.
• Your plans and the technical validation of your stand design will also be simply be carried forward and are valid for 2021.
• The same applies for the invoices and payments. All will be held onto and carried forward.  There will be no additional charges related to the change in date.

The success of a participation at a tradeshow is also directly linked to the communication done about your presence.

Don’t forget to invite your clients, prospects, suppliers and partners. So as to invite your contacts and clients, you can send out invitations by email via the platform for the e-invitations.
⚠️ the platform will be available again in 2020 for the 2021 edition.
With a couple of clicks, you can personlise the invitation and insert your logo in the format proposed.
