BBF, located in Burgundy, is a family-owned Morvan company with 120 employees and sales of €25 million. It operates in the fields of forestry, logging, wood processing, timber transport and public, environmental and forestry works. Its sawmill is located 30km east of Nevers and Magny Cours. The mill processes 40,000m³ of lumber a year, mainly oak and Douglas fir, all locally sourced. The company's main products are carpentry parts, cuts for glued laminated or laminated timber, landscape sleepers and cuts for packaging. In addition to primary processing, BBF Scierie offers planed products (Douglas fir) such as framing, deck boards, flooring, cladding, etc., as well as wood energy with the production of logs, forestry chips and the sale of industrial chips and sawdust.
