ASPANEX-GAUDIN

Aspanex ® / insulating panel for joinery GAUDIN will be exhibiting its ASPANEX panels and doors at the Carrefour du Bois 2024. ASPANEX is a solid wood-faced insulating panel for exterior joinery (entrance doors, service doors, window sills, etc.). It consists of single or crossed solid wood facings bonded to a polyurethane foam core (patent pending). Panels are manufactured in different species (oak, larch, Scots pine, exotic woods, etc.), wood thickness 9, 12, etc. mm. On a panel, two thicknesses of facing are possible (e.g.: one side 9 mm, one side 25 mm). Solid wood facings can be machined into deep, wide strips, for easy, stress-free sanding. Exterior doors of 58 - 68 mm and over are made with solid wood facings and a foam or cork core for enhanced insulation. Doors made to measure and machined to order.
