What is France Bois Forêt and what is its role within the Forest-wood sector?
The National Interprofessional association of the Forest-Wood sector in France was created on December 8, 2004, under the aegis of the Ministry of Agriculture in charge of Forestry. Since then, France Bois Forêt co-finances, alongside the trade of the forest-wood sector via the CVO Mandatory Interprofessional Contribution, collective actions to promote, communicate and enhance the French forest, in particular through the various uses of the wood material. France Bois Forêt reflects the sector, which sustainably manages its forests, its raw material, while meeting the challenges of today and tomorrow.
