VUDLANDE SAWMILL

Scierie Vudlande currently owns a sawmill, two planing mills, a pellet plant and a chemical impregnation plant. The largest sawmill line was completely replaced in 2009 and will be updated in 2022 and 2023. The plant uses a range of state-of-the-art sawing equipment from Sweden and the USA. In 2018, Vudlande commissioned a high-speed planning plant that uses X-ray scanning, laser scanning and color vision quality control technology with an integrated mechanical strength classification unit. Vudlande produces a full range of kiln-dried wood resin products, including CLS, C16/C24 strength carcasses, engineered decking, machine-graded roof trusses, machine-graded roof battens, exterior cladding, fence posts and other garden and fence-related products.
