FORESTERRA

The FORESTERRA group represents more than 300,000 m3 of round timber (logs and bolts) harvested and sold by our forestry operations in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes, southern Burgundy, Limousin and northern Occitanie regions, in softwood and hardwood, with a wide range of quality levels and uses (carpentry, peeling, packaging, pallets, pulping, panels, energy wood, pellets, firewood, and oak stavewood). With some twenty pieces of forestry equipment and 19 trucks, we are able to supply timber that meets industrial requirements, delivered directly to the factory. The Scierie du Milieu in Vabres, on the edge of the A75 freeway, processes over 400 m3 of softwood logs a day to produce pallet wood, as well as wood for planing mills and resawing units. Foresterra also employs more than 80 people who work hard every day to provide our customers with the best possible response and service.
