Q: I need to handle, store and/or receive goods

Handling and/or storage requirements are the responsibility of the exhibitor. We do not have a pallet truck or forklift, so you should inform your carrier, who should be equipped with one, or book this service with one of our listed handling companies.

Q: I need a service: hostesses, stand fitting,...

If you require hostesses and/or translators during the show, we invite you to contact our referenced service providers. For all other services in general, we invite you to consult the Exhibitor Guide, which will be available in early 2026.

Q: I am looking for accommodation in Nantes

If you'd like to book your accommodation for next year's show, you can check out hotels in the city center, hotels near the Beaujoire Exhibition Center (where the show takes place), airport hotels, etc., or simply all the hotels in Nantes and the surrounding area!

DEVELOPMENTS IN 2024, CONFIRMED IN 2026

New show days

In 2024, to improve visitor reception and simplify logistics for our exhibitors, the show's opening days have changed. In 2026, we will once again be open on Tuesday June 2 and Wednesday June 3, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on Thursday June 4, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Visibility & sectoring

The growth of the Carrefour International du Bois in recent years has presented an opportunity that we seized in 2024 to improve product visibility and the visitor experience. Once again this year, the trade show will be organized by major sectors* in new exhibition halls.

Hall 1 – Interior Design / Hardwood Flooring
Hall 2 – Layout / Signs
Grand Palais & Mezzanine - Construction & Services
Hall XXL - Sawmilling, Forestry, Timber Trade

* Sectors were assigned automatically when exhibitors chose their main activity in the nomenclature.

Stand size

From the outset, stands were limited to 36m2 per company. Visibility and product presentation requirements have changed to better meet exhibitors' needs, so a new maximum surface area of 54m2 was proposed for the 2024 edition. This will be the case again for the next edition in June 2026.

What is the Carrefour International du Bois?

The Carrefour International du Bois is a business show organized every two years in Nantes by the Fibois Pays de la Loire association. Over a 3-day period, it brings together exhibitors and international visitors from various sectors of the forestry and timber industry: sawmills, panels, parquet flooring, specialized trade, wood construction solutions... All products and innovations are available in one place.

What are the opening days and times of the show?

Can I create several badges?

From your visitor's area, you can create several badges (for colleagues, collaborators, etc.). You can also send out e-invitations to invite your contacts to attend the event too.

The organizer cannot take responsibility for receiving goods and packages. We do not have pallet trucks or forklifts.

Slinging is not permitted at the Carrefour International du Bois.
