Thank you for your interest in our show, the next edition of the Carrefour International du Bois will take place on 28, 29 and 30 May 2024. The visitor registration is not yet available but will be in February 2024.
For our exhibitors, invitations and posters are unlimited in number, you just have to fill in the desired quantities in the order section of your exhibitor space. You also can also send e-invitations, obtain the complete communication kit for your ads, your social media but all this is a little early. All these tools will be available in february 2024!
We have numerous partners who have supported our event for many years and we thank them all for that. You can find them on the partners page and if you also want to join us, please contact our team.
New for 2024
Please take note in 2024, in order to improve the visitor experience and to simplify the logistics of our exhibitors, the opening days of the show have changed. We will be open on Tuesday 28, Wednesday 29, from 9:00 to 19:00 and Thursday 30 May, from 9:00 to 17:00.
The growth of the Carrefour International du Bois over the last editions provides us with an opportunity that we wish to use to improve the visibility of products and the visitor experience. The 2024 show will therefore be organised by major sectors* in new exhibition halls. Be ready for these changes to experience an edition always more at the “Heart of the trade”.
* Sectors will be automatically assigned when choosing your main activity in the nomenlacture.
Since the beginning of the show, the stands have been limited to 36m2 per company. The need for better visibility and product presentation have changed and so to better respond to your requirements, a new maximum surface of 54m2 will be available in 2024.*
* The price per m2 will be increased by 10% from 36 to 54 m2.

The tradeshow is now fully booked, and we will be unable to offer you a stand for the next Carrefour International du Bois. However we will be happy to welcome you as a visitor.

In order to access your exhibitor space, please use your login and password and click on this link to access the various services of the exhibitor platform.

Since the last show, you can no longer get your hands on your access codes… Do not worry, we can help you and send them to you.
Days for mounting are Saturday 25th from 8am to 8pm, Sunday 26th from 8am to 10pm and Monday 27th from 8am to midnight.
Days for dismantling are Thursday 30th from 5,30 pm to midnight and Friday 31th from 8am to 8pm.
These are payable by the exhibitor. Our listed service providers, CLAMAGERAN and GONDRAND are at your service. The organisers cannot accept deliveries on your behalf. We do not have forklifts or trolleys. Please inform your transporters that they need to have the necessary equipment to unload your merchandise. For all requests, you can contact:

For any other service, please consult the Exhibitors Guide, pages 20 and 21.
You can order a water supply and a connection (mandatory if you wish to connect your equipment to the water supply at the Exhibition Centre) as well as supplementary power supply (10 KW or 20 KW) directly via your Exhibitor Space.
For the water connections, please check the location of the technical oulet (blue square on the plans) and if necessary, we suggest installing a technical floor to hide the pipes.
Hanging signs are not allowed at The Carrefour du Bois
You can check your payments and invoices via your Exhibitor Space in the finance section.

The Carrefour International du Bois is a business show organised every two years in Nantes, France by the interprofession for the Forestry and wood sectors in the Pays de la Loire Region, Fibois Pays de la Loire . Over 3 days, it brings together international exhibitors and visitors from different sectors of the forestry and wood sector: sawnwood, panels, parquet flooring, specialised trade, wood construction solutions, etc. All products and tendencies are available in one place.
Thank you for your interest in our show, the next edition of Carrefour International du Bois will take place:
Tuesday 28th May from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday 29th May from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday 30th May from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The list of exhibitors for the 2024 edition is being finalized and will be published at the end of March, beginning of April.
In the meantime, find the list of 2022 exhibitors, most of themwill be returning this year.

The Carrefour International du Bois team is available on +33 (0)2 40 73 60 64, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30, to answer your questions. If our answering machine is on, it is because we may be absent for a few moments but leave us a message or send us an email, we will contact you as soon as possible.
The commercialisation of the show is going fully steam ahead, we are currently working on your requests, your needs, your registrations… Stand proposals will be sent later (in November 2023).
