Thank you for your interest in our show, the next edition of the Carrefour International du Bois will take place on 28, 29 and 30 May 2024. The visitor registration is not yet available but will be in February 2024.
For our exhibitors, invitations and posters are unlimited in number, you just have to fill in the desired quantities in the order section of your exhibitor space. You also can also send e-invitations, obtain the complete communication kit for your ads, your social media but all this is a little early. All these tools will be available at the end of 2023!
We have numerous partners who have supported our event for many years and we thank them all for that. You can find them on the partners page and if you also want to join us, please contact our team.

The Carrefour International du Bois team is available on +33 (0)2 40 73 60 64, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30, to answer your questions. If our answering machine is on, it is because we may be absent for a few moments but leave us a message or send us an email, we will contact you as soon as possible.
The inscriptions have just opened, we are currently working on your requests, your needs, your registrations… Stand proposals will be sent later (from October 2023).
New for 2024
Please take note in 2024, in order to improve the visitor experience and to simplify the logistics of our exhibitors, the opening days of the show have changed. We will be open on Tuesday 28, Wednesday 29, from 9:00 to 19:00 and Thursday 30 May, from 9:00 to 17:00.
The growth of the Carrefour International du Bois over the last editions provides us with an opportunity that we wish to use to improve the visibility of products and the visitor experience. The 2024 show will therefore be organised by major sectors* in new exhibition halls. Be ready for these changes to experience an edition always more at the “Heart of the trade”.
* Sectors will be automatically assigned when choosing your main activity in the nomenlacture.
Since the beginning of the show, the stands have been limited to 36m2 per company. The need for better visibility and product presentation have changed and so to better respond to your requirements, a new maximum surface of 54m2 will be available in 2024.*
* The price per m2 will be increased by 10% from 36 to 54 m2.

You already want to book your accommodation for the next show? Check out hotels in the city centre, near the Parc des Expositions de la Beaujoire (where the Show takes place), the airport,… or simply all the hotels in Nantes and the surrounding area!
It is still a little early to contact the other service providers of the show: stand designers, hostesses, caterers, translators,… come back to this page in September for all the information.
